NKServes! N.K.S. actively took part in the Walk for Autism 2023 organized by Autism Delaware. The primary objective of this event was to demonstrate that individuals with Autism possess the potential to acquire knowledge and lead fulfilling lives, while being esteemed members of our expanding society. It is indeed a privilege to contribute towards a cause that has a positive impact on both local and global levels.
N.K.S. is honored to be a part of the sponsorship for the Dewey Goes Pink initiative, which is dedicated to raising funds for the Sussex County Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC). The DBCC's mission is to “empower our community by raising awareness of breast health issues through outreach, education, and support services, in order to facilitate the early detection and treatment of breast cancer.”
This remarkable occasion pays tribute to our esteemed Veterans, dedicated active duty personnel, and their families in the military. Vet Fest serves as a platform to raise awareness and gather funds for Stop Soldier Suicide, an organization committed to preventing military suicides. Our participation in the 5k run/walk was truly enjoyable, and we express our gratitude for being a valued member of this resilient community.
In recognition of the 14th annual Global Beer Responsible Day, N.K.S. Distributors and Anheuser-Busch joined hands to raise awareness about responsible drinking. The campaign emphasizes the significance of arranging a secure mode of transportation before consuming alcohol.
Our team actively engaged in a fundraising initiative aimed at generating funds for the Smyrna-Clayton July 4th Association, an organization dedicated to organizing community fireworks displays and parades throughout the year. As part of our contribution, our team willingly offered their services to exhibit and gather flags from participating residences and businesses in Smyrna and Clayton during the Memorial Day and July 4th Holidays.
As part of World Environment Day; N.K.S. volunteers helped plant and maintain the Delaware Agricultural Museum garden as well as learn some important information about Delaware's agricultural history.
